On receipt of a deposit from you, we will confirm your booking by letter, using the personal information you supplied. The letter will confirm the amount of the deposit received and date of arrival.
Car registration details are taken in case of any accidents during your stay.
We may send you an updated brochure using your name and home address details.
How do we store this information
All guest personal information supplied is kept in our hand-written record books. After six years, we shred this information.
